Northwest Naturals of Portland, Oregon, is recalling two lots of frozen raw chicken pet food distributed to retail stores nationwide. No illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.

What Consumers Should Do
Consumers who purchased either affected lot should stop feeding the product to their pets and return the unused portion to the place of purchase for a full refund. Wash hands thoroughly after handling raw pet food, and clean and sanitize any surfaces, bowls, utensils, or storage areas that contacted the product.
Contact a veterinarian if a pet that consumed the recalled product develops symptoms such as lethargy, decreased appetite, fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, or diarrhea. Anyone who develops symptoms after handling the product should contact a healthcare provider.
