Maggie Mann - Director
Maggie Mann has served as the District Director for SIPH since April 2011. Prior to that, Ms Mann served as the Health Promotion Director for SIPH beginning in October 1996 Prior to her work at SIPH, Ms Mann worked as a Research Associate at the Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Council of Nebraska & Applied Health Research, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska, and as the Director of Youth & Campus Ministries for the Pocatello First United Methodist Church. Ms Mann has a B.S. in Community Health Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Ms Mann is the author of several refereed publications, book chapters, and numerous health education curricula. She has presented on a national, regional, and local level, and is active on several local Boards and statewide and national Work and Advisory Groups.
Ken Keller - Environmental Health Director
Tracy Reed, MHE - Community Health Director
Tracy has lived in Idaho for most of her life, and raises three children in Pocatello. She attended Idaho State University, and received a Bachelor's degree in Health Education in 2001, and a Master's degree in Health Education in 2007. She has worked for Southeastern Idaho Public Health since 2002 and is currently the Community Health Director and Public Information Officer. As part of her responsibilities as director, she oversees: Health Promotion, Epidemiology, and Public Health Preparedness.
Matt Merrell - IT Services Director
Matt has lived and worked in Southeastern Idaho for almost all of his life. He began working for Southeastern Idaho Public Health in 1999 and has been the Information Technology Services Director over network operations since that time.
Mallory Summers, MS, RDN, LD - Women Infants & Children (WIC) Director
Mallory has been a Registered Dietitian since 2014. She holds a Masters of Science in human nutrition with an emphasis on program planning and evaluation. Mallory began her career at Portneuf Medical Center where she worked in weight management, cardiac rehab, and diabetes education. During this time, she was also the outpatient dietitian for the Idaho State University Health Center. Mallory began working for WIC in late 2015 and became the WIC Director in 2023.
Tyler Butler - Chief Operating Officer
Tyler has been a lifelong resident of Pocatello. He received a Bachelor's Degree in both Finance and Business Management from Idaho State University in 2007, before receiving a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2008. He is certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and through the Society of Human Resource Management as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Tyler also became a Certified Public Manager in December 2013. Tyler has worked at Southeastern Idaho Public Health since 2011, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
